This Privacy Policy describes how Raisable Founders Hub LLC ("Raisable", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through raisable.vc (the "Site").
Information we collect
- Information you submit. When you apply through our forms (founder, investor, or corporate), we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, LinkedIn profile, company, location, and information about your product, goals, or interests.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) to help us understand how the Site is used.
How we use your information
- To respond to your application and communicate with you about our programs.
- To route you to the right program and manage our community.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Google — processes form submissions (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets), provides analytics (Google Analytics), scheduling (Google Calendar), and serves the Site's typefaces (Google Fonts), which involves transmission of your IP address (Google privacy policy).
- ClickUp — stores inquiries in our internal workspace so our team can follow up (ClickUp privacy policy).
- Formspree, Inc. — provides backup form delivery to our inbox (Formspree privacy policy).
- GitHub, Inc. — hosts the Site via GitHub Pages and may log technical request data (GitHub privacy statement).
Data retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at og@raisable.vc. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
